The 4 Step Technique for Incredible Achievements

This may look impressive. It may seem impossible. But it’s not.
I’m not athletic. I haven’t worked out consistently for even three days a week for longer than a stretch of a month at a time and the last time I had a gym membership was over three years ago.

So I created a fool proof trick that allows almost anyone to achieve the seemingly impossible, in 4 simple steps.

It’s called “The 4 Step Ninja Trick for Incredible Achievement” and you can used to actualize any goal- physical, personal or business.

1) Understand “Why” you want what you desire

What you want is largely irrelevant, it’s WHY you want it that will cause it to be something you achieve or something never pursue.

I decided I wanted to hold a flag pole for atleast 3 seconds. I wanted it because since I was a child I’ve wanted to be a ninja and also to fly. Flying is fucking cool. I love it!”

Pro ninja tip- If the reason can be attached to something larger than yourself you’ve got it!

My two core values are: 1) Sharing powerfully 2) Showing others what’s possible and what they are possible of achieving.

So I took this goal and attached it to the biggest WHY possible. WHY I’m here. So the goal became “ I want to hold the flagpole for 3 seconds because I love being a ninja and because it can allow me to show others that they can achieve what they want.” BOOM! Recipe for massive achievement.

If you want to learn more about the “Power of Why” and how to use it to achieve remarkably. Send me a message and I will send you my tool for free

2) Determine the Minimum Effective Does

This is something I learned from Tim Ferris. “Minimum Effective Dose” (MED) is simply the smallest dose that will produce a desired outcome and anything BEYOND the MED is wasteful.

So I determined the MED or the simplest and smallest possible action step was was simply doing 60–100 side crunches a day.

Pro-Ninja Tip: Use this same philosophy for observing the mental and emotional weight of connected to the thoughts surrounding the achievement of a goal . So instead of my thoughts being “Getting healthy, working out daily, taking out time to go to the gym” all of which are stressful, I simply chose “Do 60 crunches a day”

3) Observe Limiting Beliefs and Programming

Here’s what happened when you saw this picture of me. At first you were like “Oh wow, that’s awesome!” (you likely also thought what a bragging bastard this guy is) and then you thought “Ah I wish I could do it to! But there's no way I could because he is “X” and I am “Y”

This is a programmed pattern. It’s not real.

When you think of having or achieving something that you desire is or see others do it. At first you get excited and inspired and then you begin to feel bad about yourself as you come up with all the reasons how people who have achieved it are different from you. “They are more talented, intelligent, stronger, have this training or that training, are more well connected etc.”

This is an ego trip.. Its not true. The greater you are able to quickly identify programmed patterns and limiting beliefs the more effective you can be in making progress. Its an art and a rather enjoyable game when you start to practice it.

The limiting beliefs for me were; I need an athletic background. I need to be super strong. I need to go to the gym everyday and train hard.. Oh fuck that’s going to take a lot of time and effort. Oh forget it.

All of that may have an element of truth to it…. But this is where step 4 comes in. The main ingredient for massive achievement.

3) Make it a way of Being instead of something you Do

We all know consistency is key, right? How does it feel to hear that? A bummer, isn’t it? Like your mom or teacher used to nag you when you were a child.

Remember when you were a kid and you used to love playing all sorts of games? That’s how you learned, and to be honest your not that much different now.

So here is the best way to do it. It’s an idea for advanced learning called “Gamification” — you simply take something you dislike or are not super excited about and you find a way to make a game out of it.

I noticed I’m most not present when I’m in the bathroom, when I’m showering or even on the throne. Always on a phone or thinking about next steps. So instead I made it a game of doing a set of 10 side crunches anytime I go to the bathroom.

The average person goes to the bathroom 6 times a day (double that if its taco Tuesdays that week). So that’s 60 side crunches a day, 420 a week and 12,600 a month and 152,170 crunches a year you fucking ripped badass you!

So instead of “doing” crunches and core exercises and hardcore gym routines that I would have to find time in my busy schedule of snap chatting, I made a game out of it and killed two birds and got stoned.. I mean with one stone, and “be” more present in the bathroom.

Sometimes I forget for periods of time but then I come back to it. And later on I added another fun exercise to strengthen my PC muscle exercise to have ridiculous multiple and massive orgasms but that’s a lesson for a different time.

In Conclusion:

Clear Intention (i.e. a clear and powerful Why) + Consistent Action (i.e. being instead of doing) = Remarkable Achievements

And here is the cheat sheet:
1) Find out what you want — write down why, the bigger the why the better. try to connect it to something core to your being or something you care about the most.
2) Find the smallest possible step needed to be done.
3) Observe all limiting beliefs that arise.
4) Follow your make a a game out of it so that instead of it being an activity you DO it’s a way of being.

Here’s to you, you beautiful bad ass, acrobatic, high-achiever you.
